By accessing, registering, or playing games on the Hi Rummy application (hereinafter referred to as the "App", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from registering or using our services.

1. Introduction & Nature of the Game

1.1 Game of Skill

Indian Rummy (including 13-Card Points Rummy, Deals Rummy, and 21-Card variants) is recognized as a Game of Skill by the Supreme Court of India. The outcome of games depends predominantly on the player's strategic skill, memory, practice, and tactical choices rather than chance.

1.2 Objective of Terms

These Terms delineate the rights, duties, and responsibilities governing your usage of the App, your virtual account, participation in cash and freeroll contests, deposits, and prize withdrawals.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

To access cash contests, you must create a registered account by providing accurate and complete personal details (such as verified mobile number, name, and date of birth). You must ensure:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of India accessing the platform from an unrestricted state.
• You possess a valid Indian Permanent Account Number (PAN) and an active Indian bank account/UPI ID in your own name.
• You maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Data Collection & User Consent

We collect essential personal information (such as contact information, device identifiers, and payment transaction metadata) solely for the purposes of account verification, preventing fraudulent transactions, and ensuring fair play. By creating an account, you consent to the processing of this information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Security & Anti-Cheating Measures

Hi Rummy employs enterprise-grade 256-bit SSL encryption, certified Random Number Generators (RNG), and continuous automated fraud detection to prevent any collusion, multi-accounting, or bot usage.

Any user detected engaging in fraudulent gameplay, syndicating, or using unauthorized third-party software will face immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated balances without prior notice.

5. Area & State Restrictions

Residents of restricted territories (including Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Nagaland, and Sikkim) are legally prohibited from participating in real cash games on Hi Rummy. If a user residing in any restricted territory participates by concealing their geographical location, their account will be suspended and funds forfeited in accordance with applicable state statutes.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive for seamless, uninterrupted transactions. Refunds may be processed under the following verified conditions:

• Payment Deducted but Not Credited: If money is debited from your bank/UPI but not reflected in your Hi Rummy wallet, it will automatically be refunded by your payment provider or credited within 24 to 48 hours.
• Technical Glitch During Cash Table: If a game table crashes prematurely due to server-side technical failures, the entry fee for all active players will be refunded to their wallet accounts.
• Duplicate Transactions: Any accidental duplicate payment caused by gateway latency will be reversed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.

7. Deposits, Cash Balances & Withdrawals

7.1 Balance Composition

Your in-app wallet consists of: (a) Deposit Balance (unplayed funds added by you), and (b) Winnings Balance (funds won by competing in skill games).

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively from your Winnings Balance to a verified Indian Bank account or UPI handle matching the KYC name.
• Standard KYC verification (PAN Card and identity proof) is mandatory prior to processing cash withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply as displayed inside the App wallet interface.

8. Tax Deductions at Source (TDS)

In accordance with applicable Income Tax provisions and Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) guidelines for online gaming, TDS at the statutory rate of 30% (or applicable prevailing rate) will be deducted on net winnings at the time of withdrawal or at financial year-end. TDS certificates will be issued accordingly.
